## About the Role

As the IT / Salesforce Project Manager you must have:

 - Extensive experience in managing multiple enterprise-level software implementation projects.
 - SCRUM experience
 - Excellent organisational and time management skills.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 - Ability to analyse data and generate insights to improve project outcomes.
 - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., Ideally you will have experience of managing Salesforce-based implementation projects for the HR, HCM or Staffing sectors., Ideally hold a project management or Scrum Master certification.
