## About the Role

* Proven experience in an IT Support or similar technical role.
 * Strong all-round understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and networking.
 * Experience supporting Windows Server environments and troubleshooting hardware and software.
 * Practical knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
 * Proven experience supporting and maintaining EPOS hardware and software.
 * Microsoft: Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server and Office applications.
 * Networking: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches and firewall configurations.
 * Infrastructure: VMware, Veeam, desktop, laptop and server configuration.

## Description

Due to the field requirement for this role, a driving licence and car are essential.
Key Requirements

 * Providing supporting to EPOS systems.
 * Provide training to staff members throughout the Northwest.
 * Managing and maintaining existing hardware and software.
 * Responsible for system rollouts.
 * Provide support for business end-users.
