## About the Role

* BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, equivalent
 * Clear understanding of OO programming concepts
 * Experience with user interface design for software applications
 * Familiarity with computer graphics, linear algebra, and image processing and visualization concepts
 * Experience with documenting and testing large software applications
 * Comfortable with use of git or similar version control
 * Openness to exploring and integrating third-party software development kits and libraries
 * Team player with excellent communication skills
 * Ability to manage uncertainty, push the limits, and think like an owner

Additional desirable skills and experience include:

 * High School Diploma or equivalent.
 * 5+ years C++ programming experience
 * Experience with Qt/QML, OpenGL and/or other UI/graphics libraries
 * Familiar with CT scan images and DICOM protocol standards
 * Familiar with machine learning (deep learning/neural networks)
 * Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS) provisioning and access
 * Comfortable with Linux and scripting languages (Bash, Python)
 * Experience with developing software for medical devices
 * Start-up experience
