## Description

* Anfragen und Störungen werden per Telefon, E-Mail oder Monitoring-System entgegengenommen, bearbeitet und beantwortet
 * Technische Störungen werden selbstständig analysiert und behoben; bei komplexen Fällen erfolgt eine Übergabe an die zuständige Stelle mit anschließender Nachverfolgung des Lösungsprozesses
 * Dokumentation von Supportvorgänge und Erstellung von Lösungseinträgen
 * Unterstützung der IT-Administratoren bei ihren Aufgaben wird geleistet
