## Description

Senior/Lead Backend Engineer is responsible for leading a team of offshore engineers (DEV and QA) and being available during most Onshore EST timings.
Role includes becoming a bridge between the dev team and the onshore business team.
Role includes hands-on development (programming) on all backend technologies.
Good knowledge of Java, Spring and SpringBoot, MySQL and AWS architecture. Key Responsibilities

 * Becoming the bridge between dev team and business team
 * Debug issues that arise during onshore time
 * Converting legacy applications into micro-services hosted in AWS.
 * Leading the dev team by writing quality code, reviewing pull requests, and setting coding standards.
 * Strong Database skills in MYSQL
