 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung mithilfe von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen
 * Verbindung von neuer Software mit bereits existierenden Softwarelösungen
 * Mitwirkung in den Bereichen Systemarchitektur, Netzwerktechnik und IT-Service
