* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Webentwicklung mit Laravel und PHP (idealerweise 8.x)
 * Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse (Datenmodellierung, Performance; MySQL, Postgres)
 * Erfahrung mit Multi-Tenant-/SaaS-Architekturen von Vorteil
 * Sicher im Laravel-Ökosystem: Eloquent, Blade, Migrations, Queues, Events; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Livewire, Inertia oder Vue
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Git, Composer und sauberen Entwicklungs-Workflows
 * Automatisiertes Testing (PHPUnit / Pest) von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung mit Deployment/Betrieb (Plesk oder vergleichbar) von Vorteil
 * Verständnis für Datenschutz (DSGVO) und Anwendungssicherheit - idealerweise im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, mehrere Projekte voranzutreiben
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (unsere Kundschaft sind u.A. Kanzleien), Zweitsprache vorteilhaft

* Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb unserer mandantenfähigen (Multi-Tenant-)SaaS-Plattform mit Laravel
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung weiterer Web- und SaaS-Projekte - unsere Roadmap geht über das aktuelle Produkt hinaus
 * Backend-Entwicklung mit PHP 8.4 / Laravel und MySQL/Postgres
 * Mitgestaltung von Architektur, Mandantenfähigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit
 * Entwicklung von REST-APIs und Schnittstellen sowie deren Frontend-Anbindung
 * Deployment und Betrieb (Plesk-basiertes Hosting)
 * Sauberer, getesteter, dokumentierter und übergabefähiger Code - Entwicklung in unseren Repositories und unserer Infrastruktur, mit Wissenstransfer im Team
