## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Personalmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR
 * Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder im HR-IT Umfeld (SAP HCM oder SuccessFactors sind ein großes Plus)
 * Spaß daran, sich in neue Softwarelösungen (SF Onboarding, Learning, ServiceNow) einzuarbeiten
 * Proaktive Arbeitsweise, Präsentationsstärke und Freude am internationalen Austausch.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Planung und operativen Umsetzung des globalen SF Onboarding Rollouts in mehreren Ländern
 * Bindeglied zwischen dem globalen sowie lokalen Projektteam sowie regelmäßige Abstimmung mit allen Prozessbeteiligten
 * Systemtests Begleitung, Sicherstellung der Datenflüsse (z.B.von ONB zu EC oder ServiceNow) und Dokumentation
 * Erstellung von Guidelines, Schulungsunterlagen für internationale Projektbeteiligte
 * Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Betreuung des Systems nach dem Go-Live, Fehleranalyse sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
