 * Eine selbstständige, strukturierte, termingerechte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (früh- und spät, wöchentlicher Wechsel)
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und versierte Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Erstellung und Pflege von ME (Manufacturing Engineering) Dossiers (Routing, Arbeitsplan; BoM, Bill of Material; SOI, Standard Operating Instruction) inkl. aller Sub-Prozesse
 * Beauftragung von standardisierten Fertigungsmitteln
 * Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse durch Cost-Improvement-Maßnahmen, KVP (kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess), Unterstützung beim Ideenmanagement
 * Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungskonzepten
 * Disruption Management: Problemlösung bei Produktionshindernissen, Bereitstellung aller ME-Informationen zur NC-Erstellung (Non-Conformity)
