## About the Role

* No prior data center or low-voltage experience required
 * Interest in building a long-term career in data centers, construction, or the skilled trades
 * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
 * Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Monrovia, IN
 * Ability to work Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts on 1st shift

## Description

* Support data center construction activities, including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
 * Assist skilled technicians with pulling, staging, organizing, and labeling low-voltage cabling
 * Work closely with supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete daily tasks
 * Follow all site safety procedures and properly use required PPE
 * Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
 * Learn basic data center infrastructure and structured cabling installation practices
 * Take direction and participate in hands-on training to develop technical skills
