## About the Role

* 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in AI/ML solution development.

 * Experience designing and implementing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for document classification and information extraction.

 * Hands-on experience with OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs) for document understanding.

 * Strong proficiency in Python and Java.

 * Experience developing REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.

 * Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or equivalent.

 * 5+ years of AWS experience, including services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, and RDS.

 * Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

 * Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile development methodologies.

 * Ability to lead technical design discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Multifamily Lending, Mortgage, or Financial Services.

 * AWS AI/ML or Cloud certifications preferred.
