## About the Role

A delivery-oriented, customer-facing architect who is hands-on, solution-driven, and capable of guiding implementations from design through deployment. Not a purely advisory or documentation-focused role., * 10+ years ERP functional consulting, including 5+ years with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.

 * Experience as Functional Solution Architect, Lead, or Senior Consultant.
 * At least two full-cycle ERP implementations.
 * Strong hands-on configuration in one or more core F&O areas.
 * Proven experience conducting workshops and fit-gap assessments.
 * Ability to independently build prototypes and demonstrate working solutions.
 * Healthcare experience is mandatory., * D365 Finance or Supply Chain Management implementation experience.
 * Experience with healthcare, public health, government, or regulated industries.
 * Familiarity with Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure DevOps.
 * Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications.

## Description

* Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
 * Own functional solution design across D365 F&O modules.
 * Independently configure D365 F&O, build prototypes, and conduct CRPs.
 * Support Agile delivery, SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live.
 * Act as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and leadership.
