* 5+ years in UX or product design for web applications
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
 * Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
 * Experience with design systems and component-based front-end frameworks such as React

## Description

Leads onsite user experience design for the engagement, creating intuitive, accessible interfaces in close collaboration with product, business analysis and front-end engineering teams., * Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing

 * Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
 * Define and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
 * Collaborate with Front-End (React) and UI developers to ensure accurate implementation
 * Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
 * Present design concepts and rationale to client stakeholders
 * Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
 * Coordinate with the offshore UX Designer on handoffs and design continuity
