The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, AI/GenAI capability, direct business engagement, global collaboration, and ownership of secure, scalable, high-performance platforms with best-in-class user experience., * 4+ years of software engineering experience.

 * Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Prime Brokerage, Fund Services, or Financial Services.
 * Strong full-stack development experience with enterprise-scale applications.
 * Proven ability to work independently and drive complex initiatives.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience delivering secure, scalable, highly available customer-facing platforms.

Technical Skills

 * Frontend: Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, responsive/mobile-first design.
 * Backend: Java and/or Python, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices.
