* Ausbildung: Techniker, Meister (m/w/d) oder Studium in Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik.
 * Tool-Fit: MS Office und EPLAN P8 beherrschst du sicher.
 * Know-how: Kenntnisse in Kurzschlussstrom- und Wärmeberechnung sind von Vorteil.
 * Sprachniveau: Fließendes Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.

 * Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick und setzt Prioritäten.

## Description

* Projektleitung & -begleitung: Du steuerst Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Abnahme - technisch, organisatorisch und in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Teams.
 * Planung & Konstruktion: Du planst die Feldebene mit Aktorik und Sensorik, erstellst Stromlaufpläne und kümmerst dich um die korrekte Auslegung der Komponenten.
 * Koordination: Du stimmst dich mit anderen Abteilungen, Lieferanten, Kunden und externen Partnern ab, priorisierst Aufgaben und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.
 * Projektsteuerung: Du überwachst Termine, Kosten, Ressourcen und prüfst Nachträge.
 * Qualität & Normen: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Arbeiten nach IEC/EN/VDE und länderspezifischen Standards ausgeführt werden.
 * Mitarbeiterführung (Vertretung): Du übernimmst bei Bedarf die fachliche Führung des E-Planungsteams, unterstützt bei der Aufgabenverteilung und förderst die fachliche Entwicklung der Kolleg:innen.
 * Serviceunterstützung: Bei Bedarf bist du beim Kunden vor Ort und unterstützt die Inbetriebnahme.
