 * Bachelor's degree required
 * 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, * Requires the following qualifications:
 + Advanced proficiency with M365 - specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power Apps
 + Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
 + Experience in:
o Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
o Agile/Scrum
o Requirements gathering, validation, and testing

 + Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills

## Description

* Collect, validate, analyze, and report metrics on enterprise IT data using a custom ServiceNow application
 * Work with clients and the project team to gather requirements and build data models, collection strategies, and dashboards in ServiceNow
 * Support data projects that enable trend analysis, continuous process improvement, and data-driven decisions
 * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results
 * Create and maintain clear technical documentation and work products (e.g., SOPs, training guides, status reports, PowerPoint briefs)
