## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
 * Minimum five (5) years of experience managing complex technology implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
 * Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and managing project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
 * Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Experience coordinating technology deployments, onboarding activities, and change management efforts.

Desired Certifications or Specialized Knowledge

 * PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or comparable project management certification preferred.
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity operations, Security Operations Centers (SOC), incident response, or cyber training environments.
 * Experience supporting higher education, workforce development, or technology training initiatives preferred.
 * Familiarity with cyber range platforms, Cloud Range, IBM Cyber Campus, or similar simulation-based learning environments preferred.

## Description

* Serve as the primary liaison between client, IBM, Cloud Range, OIT, academic leadership, and other project stakeholders.
 * Coordinate implementation, onboarding, adoption, and operational readiness activities for the Cyber Range initiative.
 * Develop project governance processes, status reporting, and recommendations for a sustainable operating model.
 * Support alignment of technical implementation activities with Client's academic, workforce development, and student success objectives.
