Ensures compliance with all safety standards, workplace policies, and regulatory requirements, including SQF., Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, this role provides comprehensive technical support for both hardware and software systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing troubleshooting activities, and coordinating resources in collaboration with internal and external customers. Serves as a liaison with Corporate IT to ensure alignment and effective communication. Supports the installation and maintenance of network hardware, manages software requests and installations, and provides troubleshooting support for computer-related issues throughout the plant. Additional responsibilities include working independently and collaboratively on both special and ongoing projects, and supporting production technology needs. This includes setting up and maintaining barcode systems, as well as managing phones, laptops, PCs, and tablets used for production and specialized applications. Ensures plant communication systems are kept up to date with relevant information. Performs other duties as needed to support business objectives.
