We embrace a remote-first approach, but you can choose whether to work in a hybrid model or entirely on-site, depending on your proximity to one of our locations. Our data centers and infrastructure consist of highly scalable, globally distributed systems serving hundreds of thousands of customers, with a correspondingly high level of technical interdependence. Migrations, expansions, and infrastructure changes have a direct impact on production systems and must be precisely planned, coordinated, and implemented. You will work right at the intersection of technical infrastructure, operational implementation, and project management. You will take on the management and coordination of data center and infrastructure projects-with a clear focus on migrations, rollouts, and operational infrastructure changes. In doing so, you will work closely with infrastructure, network, and operations teams as well as external service providers to ensure that technical changes are implemented in a structured, traceable, and stable manner. You'll start on the team with close professional guidance and gradually grow into independent responsibility for more complex infrastructure and migration projects. Depending on the project phase, you'll not only be involved in coordination but also closely involved in operational implementation to realistically assess technical dependencies and impacts.
