## About the Role

+ Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Information Technology oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 + Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) im Konzernumfeld oder in komplexen IT-Strukturen
 + Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Microsoft 365, Active Directory und Netzwerkthemen
 + Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sowie in der Betreuung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 + Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1), gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

## Description

+ Betreuung und Support der internen Anwender:innen im Rahmen des 1st und 2nd Level Supports (vor Ort und remote)
 + Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen (Hard- und Software, Mobile Devices, MS Office)
 + Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 + Dokumentation von Supportfällen im Ticketsystem sowie Erstellung von IT-Anleitungen
 + Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und externen IT-Dienstleistern
