## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
 * Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare payer consulting, with a focus on membership administration processes.
 * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience supporting COTS health payer platform implementations such as HealthEdge, FACETS, QNXT, or Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (ORMB)., * Proven ability to plan, organize and deliver impactful results across multiple projects or initiatives
 * Demonstrated experience leading multi-client or enterprise-scale delivery engagements.
 * Proven understanding of membership administration operating models, technology enablers, and regulatory requirements across all commercial and government lines of business.
 * Experience applying data-driven insights, advance automation, and creative sourcing solutions to transform payer membership administration operations and outcomes.
 * Skilled at unlocking the value of AI to improve payer health plan operations performance
