 * 5+ years of broad ServiceNow experience including:
 + ITSM
 + Service Portal
 + Discovery
 + CMDB
 * 2+ years of Source to Pay Module, Supplier Lifecycle Management and Vendor Management workspace setup and integrations
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
 * Knowledge of ITIL
 * Strong interpersonal skills, and positive customer centric attitude
 * Background in application development using technologies like HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript

## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Source to Pay, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, and Vendor Management., * Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide best practice advice on ServiceNow solutions

 * Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of an organization including both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Build new and support existing catalog items and workflows
 * Drive automation of common activities, and integrate with common platforms via IntegrationHub or with APIs
 * Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
 * Demo builds to customers
 * Develop, validate and execute comprehensive test plans.
 * Contribute to the continual improvement of delivery services processes
 * Maintain the health of the CMDB
 * Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
 * Configure MID servers
 * Maintain Discovery schedules, configure probes, and troubleshoot Discovery issues
 * Perform weekly releases
 * Assist in analyzing and resolving operational issues
 * Create or manage ServiceNow reports and dashboards
 * Participate in planning for and executing on continuous improvement opportunities
 * Perform platform family upgrades, resolve skipped records, and complete functional testing
 * Stay current with ServiceNow functionality and offerings
