Are you an Oracle Financials expert with both functional and technical depth? We're looking for a Techno-Functional SME with 10+ years of experience to play a key role in configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise financial systems., * Must Have: Blue Cross Blue Shield background

 * Strong expertise in Oracle Financials (functional + technical)
 * Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS, Oracle EPM products, and SAS footprint
