## Description

Our client seeks a Dynamics Development Lead to manage the technical implementation team and oversee the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations., * Lead a team of Dynamics developers.

 * Establish coding standards and development best practices.
 * Design technical solutions supporting Dynamics and Power Platform functionality.
 * Review and approve technical designs and code.
 * Coordinate deployments and release management activities.
 * Troubleshoot complex production issues.
 * Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
 * Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
