 * Praktische Erfahrung in Schnittstellenentwicklung und Integrationsdesign (API-Konzept, Datenflüsse, Fehlerhandling)
 * Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im Umgang mit UNS (Unified Namespaces)
 * Routine in Schulungsplanung und Durchführung (Didaktik, Trainingsunterlagen, Follow-up)
 * Methodensicherheit in Dokumentation und Testmanagement
 * Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Aktive Projektmitarbeit im ERP-Einführungsprojekt (SAP S/4HANA) - von Anforderungsaufnahme bis Go-Live
 * ERP-Support (2nd Level) für die Fachbereiche, inkl. Fehleranalyse, Workarounds und nachhaltige Fixes
 * Planung und Durchführung von ERP-Mitarbeiterschulungen (Inhalt, Termine, Unterlagen)
 * ERP-Systemsupport inkl. Customizing-Einstellungen und Qualitätssicherung
 * Programmierung von Schnittstellen (z.B. REST/OData/IDoc), inkl. technischer und fachlicher Dokumentation
 * Dokumentation von Softwareanpassungen (Change-Logs, Testfälle, Freigaben) und Sicherstellung der Revisionsfähigkeit
 * Mitarbeit an der KI-Implementierung im ERP-Umfeld (z.B. ML-gestützte Automatisierung, Prognosen, Ausnahmehandling)
