* Leitung von Implementierungsprojekten im Bereich Zeitwirtschaft
 * Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Ableitung fachlicher Anforderungen
 * Konzeption und Einführung von Zeitmodellen, Pausenregelungen, Zuschlagslogiken und Arbeitszeitkonten
 * Customizing und Parametrierung des Zeitwirtschaftssystems
 * Durchführung von Workshops mit HR, Betriebsrat und Fachbereichen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben (z.B. ArbZG, Tarifverträge, Betriebsvereinbarungen)
 * Testmanagement, Qualitätssicherung und Go-Live-Begleitung
 * Schulung von Key-Usern und Fachabteilungen
