* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday security administration or configuration.
 * Strong knowledge of Workday HCM security architecture and role-based access control.
 * Experience configuring security groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies.
 * Hands-on experience with role assignments, organizational security, and user access provisioning.
 * Understanding of Workday business processes, approval workflows, and security inheritance.
 * Experience with security troubleshooting, access reviews, and SoD remediation.
 * Knowledge of Workday reporting security and integration security.
 * Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and security documentation.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
