## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in IAM, access management, provisioning, or security administration.
 * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ.
 * Understanding of user provisioning, deprovisioning, roles, permissions, and access governance.
 * Strong knowledge of security controls, risk management, and access approval processes.
 * Experience troubleshooting access-related issues and managing service requests.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience with Jira, Active Directory, PowerShell, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
 * Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude and workflow automation is preferred.
 * Ability to learn new technologies and improve existing processes.

## Description

We are looking for a Provisioning Engineer with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), ServiceNow, and/or SailPoint to support user access provisioning for banking and financial applications. The candidate will work with business teams, external banking partners, and technology teams to ensure secure access management and compliance with security policies., * Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests.

 * Coordinate with business teams, vendors, and banking partners to determine appropriate access permissions.
 * Ensure all access requests have the required approvals and comply with security policies.
 * Troubleshoot access issues and identify root causes.
 * Identify opportunities to automate and improve IAM processes.
 * Maintain documentation, operating procedures, and audit records.
 * Support security reviews, audits, and risk remediation activities.
