* 10+ years of Data Engineering experience.
 * 5+ years in a Cloud lead position.
 * Must be very strong technically!
 * Certified in Databricks, Azure, etc. is a major plus!
 * Databrick, Azure tech stack.
 * AI is a key area - should be comfortable in AI / interest in learning new things but its ok if they don t have hands on working with AI - but some have personal projects, or understanding
 * Google Cloud Platform is a plus!
