* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related technical field.
 * 5+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs within a manufacturing environment.
 * Proven track record of leading capital equipment installations and qualification processes.
 * Strong proficiency in stage-gate methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
 * Expertise in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage risk and maintain schedules in high-pressure environments., * Active PMP certification or equivalent professional project management credential.
 * Direct experience in precision CNC machining or semiconductor manufacturing sectors.
 * Familiarity with ERP systems and PDM document control software.
 * Experience supporting large-scale site expansions or customer volume ramp-ups.

## Description

* Develop and execute comprehensive ramp plans, coordinating critical milestones across engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
 * Oversee the full lifecycle of capital equipment projects, from initial justification and procurement through installation, runoff, and final qualification.
 * Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase-gate process, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and launch timelines.
 * Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives, prioritizing tasks to maximize throughput and operational efficiency.
 * Maintain rigorous budget oversight for capital expenditures, proactively identifying and mitigating potential cost or schedule variances.
 * Facilitate clear communication through weekly status reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reviews to ensure program visibility.
