* 8+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience
 * Previous CISO/vCISO or senior security leadership experience
 * Proven experience presenting to and advising Board of Directors / Executive Leadership
 * Strong expertise in cybersecurity strategy, risk, governance, and compliance
