 * 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
 * Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
 * Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.
 * Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
 * Strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities.
 * Proven expertise across multiple Financials domains, including:
 * Top Priority Areas - Financial Accounting (highest priority), Expenses, Business Assets.
 * Secondary - Banking & Settlement.
 * Lower Priority / De-emphasized - Procurement (phasing out), VNDLY experience (nice-to-have, not required).

Preferred Qualifications :

 * Experience Workday Accounting Center and Prism.
 * Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership.
 * Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting.
 * Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
 * Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Job Description: Description: Project Overview: We are seeking a senior-level Workday Financials consultant to join our Finance Solution Delivery team on a contract basis. This role is designed to provide additional capacity across a lean, high-performing team and requires a versatile expert who can step into multiple functional areas as needed. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to support ongoing operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives within Workday Financials. Role Expectations:

 * Operate independently within Workday Financials.
 * Act as a "utility player" across multiple modules.
 * Support both production issues and ongoing configuration work.
 * Integrate quickly into a high-performing, experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains.
 * Act as a flexible resource, stepping into priority areas based on business demand.
 * Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions.
 * Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health.
 * Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
 * Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.
