## Description

* Administration der Incidents inkl. der Statusnachverfolgung mit telefonischer Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern, Technikern und Kunden
 * Bearbeitung von Tickets im 2nd Level-Support sowie von Service Requests und Changes zur Unterstützung der Operator
 * Koordination von Störungen bis zur Behebung des Problems in Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen und Stakeholdern
 * Eskalation von Problemen nach festgelegten Prozeduren und SLAs
 * Dokumentation des gesamten Bearbeitungsprozesses im Trouble-Ticket-System
