* Aufgabenbeschreibung: 2nd-Level-Support für eine App inkl. Bearbeitung von Incidents und Serviceanfragen im Remedy-Ticketsystem
 * Überwachung, Priorisierung und qualifizierte Bearbeitung eingehender Support-Tickets
 * Unterstützung der Endanwender bei App-bezogenen Störungen per E-Mail und Telefon
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen zur nachhaltigen Fehleranalyse und -behebung
 * Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern auf Datenbankebene mittels SQL (z. B. Prüfungen, Abfragen, Korrekturen)
