In this position, you'll serve as a key partner to production, planning, inventory, and operations teams by managing SAP transactions, production work orders, and system processes that directly support plant performance. What You'll Do * Create, release, update, and manage production work orders within SAP to support manufacturing schedules and operational goals. * Process and maintain customer, production, and operational orders with accuracy and efficiency. * Execute daily SAP transactions and ERP activities to ensure seamless production workflows. * Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to support operational and system-related needs. * Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate and timely system updates. * Investigate and resolve routine SAP issues while escalating more complex system concerns when necessary. * Generate reports and analyze system data to provide operational visibility and support decision-making. * Collaborate with production, planning, inventory, and supply chain teams across multiple facilities. * Support SAP enhancements, process optimization initiatives, and implementation activities during system rollouts and stabilization periods. * Assist with documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to improve operational consistency., This role is based in a dynamic manufacturing environment and works closely with production, inventory, planning, and operations teams. Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM, with flexibility to start as early as 7:00 AM.
