## About the Role

* Active Directory Management: Password resets, account unlocks, OU navigation, and attribute lookup.
 * ServiceDesk & Ticketing: Ticket assignment and lifecycle management using ServiceNow.
 * iOS & Mobile Support: Setting up, deploying, and backing up/restoring iPads & iPhones.
 * Printer Administration: Managing server and local print queues.
 * Remote Support Tools: MSRA, RDP, MS Teams, and Cisco WebEx.
 * Networking & Hardware: VPN, LTE, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and hardware deployment., * Experience: Prior IT Call Center experience preferred (handling up to 30 calls/day).
 * Soft Skills: Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
 * Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
