## About the Role

Administration, Project Management, or a related field required. **Relevant Experience** + 11-15 years of experience in IT project management, overseeing enterprise-level technology implementations, and managing large-scale initiatives. **Responsibilities** + Leads enterprise-wide IT programs, providing executive oversight, strategic planning, and budget control. + Manages stakeholder relationships, mitigates project risks, and ensures resource allocation for successful IT project execution. + Develops and implements IT governance strategies to standardize project delivery, ensure compliance, and optimize IT resource allocation. **Other** **Expertise in IT governance, business process optimization, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.** **Additional Job Details** + Required onsite at JRA office 5 days a week. + This position is for an infrastructure network project manager.
Therefore, at least baseline knowledge of networking infrastructure is required. + Ability to use SAP to research and manage financials is preferred but at least must be learned to be successful in the position.

## Description

$70-$72 per hour Juno Beach, FL Contract **Duration: 12 months** **Summary:** + Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution. + Also responsible for employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management.
Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. + Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. + Has strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Clienture DevOps). + Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure. + Manages stakeholder relationships, provides executive-level project oversight, and leads the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks. + Leads and coordinates technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives. + Ensures successful execution of project roadmaps, budget management, and stakeholder alignment while mitigating risks and optimizing resources. **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business
