The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.

## Description

As a Junior Site Reliability Engineer I, you will support the reliability, automation, monitoring, and operational excellence of enterprise applications and infrastructure. This role focuses on CI/CD pipeline support, DevOps automation, incident management, system monitoring, and continuous improvement while partnering with development, operations, and product teams to enhance platform stability and customer experience., Support application and infrastructure reliability through monitoring, maintenance, and operational best practices.
Assist with CI/CD pipeline management, deployment automation, and software release activities.
Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity across enterprise platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve routine production issues while escalating complex incidents as needed.
Support incident response activities, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Identify opportunities to automate manual operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system resiliency and performance.
Assist with deployment, validation, and operational readiness activities for new releases.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to technical documentation.
Support DevOps initiatives focused on automation, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
