## About the Role

* Strong graphic design skills in Canva and/or Adobe, with a portfolio to show us
 * Hands-on WordPress experience
 * Comfortable using AI tools for design and web work
 * Fast turnaround: small tasks same day, larger projects within two days
 * Organized and comfortable working from a shared task board

Preferred

 * WP Engine experience
 * Meta Pixel, tracking, or marketing automation experience
 * Experience designing paid ad creative
 * Experience laying out guides, booklets, or other long-form pieces
 * Law firm or professional services background - helpful, but not required

It's for someone who designs well, knows WordPress hands-on, and likes moving fast: small requests the same day, bigger projects within two days. What You'll Do

 * Build and maintain our WordPress sites, maimonelegal.com and movetotheusa.ca: new pages, popups, updates, and bug fixes
 * Design social graphics: carousels, posts, stories, and thumbnails
 * Create ad creative in multiple sizes for our paid campaigns
 * Design marketing emails, webinar slides, guides, and booklets
 * Produce collateral for events, sponsorships, and partners
 * Keep our brand guidelines, templates, and press kit up to date
 * Support Meta Pixel and tracking setup, plus simple marketing automations
