* Perform data center operations support, including:
 * Rack & stack of servers and equipment
 * Running and managing cabling (fiber and copper)
 * Re-cabling and hardware installs across racks
 * Support Windows Server environments (20162022)
 * Assist with patching and system maintenance (ServiceNow-driven processes)
 * Troubleshoot and resolve server and infrastructure issues
 * Support network hardware (switches) and connectivity needs
 * Operate as a flexible floating resource, assisting across sites based on business needs
