Required Education, Experience, & Skills

 * Hold an active Secret clearance
 * Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline
 * Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience after the date for the completion of your Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of experience after the date for the completion of your Master's Degree
 * Experience as a lead on one or more successful projects in the defense industry (US Army, US Navy, USAF)
 * Hands-on experience in all phases of hardware, from planning and architecture to implementation and testing, through coverage closure
 * Experience working with multidiscipline engineering teams
 * Experience with missile seeker technology in the Electro Optic/InfraRed domain.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

 * Previous experience as a people leader/manager
 * Well versed in the Systems Engineering Life Cycle and overall program life cycle within the defense industry.
