## About the Role

* 9-12 years of overall experience in software development, with at least 9 years of hands-on experience in iOS and/or Android application development.
 * Strong expertise in cross-platform mobile application development using Flutter and Dart.
 * Proven track record of solutioning, designing, and delivering large-scale, business-critical mobile applications.
 * Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs with JSON-based integrations.
 * Prior experience in developing or maintaining Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services or mobile backend APIs using Java or Scala.
 * Ability to lead both frontend and backend engineering teams, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance.
 * Able to serve in a Full Stack Engineering Lead role with expertise across Flutter and backend technologies.
 * Ability to split time between hands-on work and leading an existing team.
 * Experience managing Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store packaging, release, deployment, and approval processes.
 * Broad understanding of the mobile technology ecosystem, including Flutter, Native Mobile Development, Mobile Web, React Native, Ionic, PhoneGap, and related frameworks.
 * Knowledge of emerging mobility technologies, devices, carrier services, application development methodologies, and associated vendor solutions.
 * Active participation in mobility forums, industry associations, user groups, and technology communities., * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
 * Excellent problem-solving and architectural decision-making capabilities.
 * Experience working in agile and cross-functional development environments.
