## About the Role

* 6+ years of Experience Developing and Supporting Applications using JCL, Java, C, C++, C#, and .NET Technologies.
 * 6+ years of Working knowledge of RDBMS Databases (SQL, Oracle, Linux environments), Testing Tools, Test Scripting, and Integrated Development Environments such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
 * Understanding of Modern Software Development Practices, including Source Code Management, Object-Oriented Design, and Development Methodologies.
 * Ability to Design and Implement Solution Components, Contribute to Solution Architecture, and provide effort estimates for tasks and projects.
 * Experience supporting Medicaid Programs, including Eligibility and Enrollment Processes, with exposure to AI Tools and Technologies to Enhance Development and Operational Efficiency.

 * Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs
 * Analyze, design and write specs and reqs from which we develop and code programs
 * Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist the project manager in assigning tasks and working closely with a team
 * Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements and resolve issues that arise
 * Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews
 * Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed
 * Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members
