Scrum Master - 50% * Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt workshops. * Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement. * Track velocity, flow metrics, sprint progress, and PI objectives. * Coordinate with Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, management, and stakeholders. * Manage cross-team/ART dependencies, risks, and blockers. * Drive predictable sprint execution and program delivery.
