This role serves as a key resource for resolving hardware, software, network, and user support issues while helping maintain a reliable and secure technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-service mindset, excellent troubleshooting skills, and experience supporting Windows-based environments., * Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, networking, and end-user issues * Manage support requests from intake through resolution * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment * Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software * Support user account administration, password resets, and access management * Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support * Perform basic server administration and infrastructure support tasks * Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures * Maintain technology asset records and assist with equipment deployment * Train and support users on technology best practices * Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues * Travel occasionally between local sites to provide hands-on support * Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as required
