The ideal candidate combines deep data engineering expertise, solid software engineering fundamentals, and strong collaboration with Finance stakeholders. **Description** You will be responsible for designing and delivering robust financial data solutions across modern data platforms - including cloud data environments and enterprise databases such as SAP HANA - while applying strong software engineering principles to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent + 8-12 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering + 5+ years of engineering management experience + Strong experience in: Data modeling and transformation, Distributed data platforms or enterprise databases, Software engineering best practices + Experience developing strategies for data preparation and feature engineering to support large-scale AI and Machine Learning initiatives **Preferred
