 * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift/EKS.
 * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, source control management, and automated deployment processes.
 * Proficiency with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools and practices.
 * Experience developing identity management, authentication, authorization, and secure access controls.
 * Strong understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Identity Management concepts.
 * Experience enhancing platform observability through monitoring, logging, tracing, and operational dashboards.
 * Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
 * Ability to collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure platform scalability, resiliency, and compliance.
