## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 10-12 years of experience in CRM development or technical consulting, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
 * Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, and REST APIs.
 * Experience developing plugins, custom APIs, and Power Automate flows.
 * Experience with Power Apps and integrations involving Dynamics 365.
 * Understanding of Dynamics 365 security, solution management, and deployment processes.
 * Experience with Git and application lifecycle management tools.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Azure integration services.
 * Experience developing Power Apps Component Framework controls.
 * Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, or Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
 * Experience with CRM data migration tools and Power BI.
 * Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
 * Experience delivering client projects through Agile development methods.
