## About the Role

## Description

The Manager, Data & Analytics (D&A) role is responsible for owning the development and delivery of data products and services to business stakeholders. This role will manage the delivery of advanced D&A solutions across departments, collaborating closely with business and Innovation Technology partners / stakeholders., * Own and manage a growing portfolio of data products and product roadmap

 * Deliver evergreen data programs to drive division level business results and support long term planning
 * Drive departmental improvements by streamlining processes and implementing best practices
 * Design and document data flows, reporting requirements, use cases, and metrics definitions
 * Identify and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy and data integrity
 * Lead advanced data analytics and governance training and adoption across departments
