We are seeking a collaborative and detail oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will be playing a key role in the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves a lot of hands-on work with a variety of technologies, including computers, phone systems, headsets, keyboards, and virtual access software. ## Description

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for both on-site and remote users.
 * Install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
 * Maintain and configure VoIP phone systems and headsets to ensure clear communication for all users.
 * Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
 * Set up accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
 * Test and evaluate new technology for potential benefits within the company.
 * Train staff members on how to use technology properly and safely.
 * Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
 * Prepare and present reports on usage and malfunctions to management.
 * Coordinate with external partners, such as internet service providers and hardware vendors, to resolve issues promptly.
 * Participate in the documentation and inventory management of IT assets.
 * Assist in the implementation and management of virtual access software and endpoints.
